Dastangoi Collective (Delhi)’s Dastan-e-Ret-Samadhi, at KCC

Evocative Dastangoi storytelling performance by Mahmood Farooqui and Poonam Girdhani, adapting Geetanjali Shree’s novel Ret Samadhi set against the haunting echoes of Partition. It follows an elderly woman’s journey from grief to self-discovery after her husband’s death, in the search for a long-lost home, awakening questions of identity, memory and renewal.
