Kabir Bedi in An Ode to Rumi, at Birla Sabhagar

Sanskriti Sagar presents a one-hour recital of Sufi mystic poet Rumi’s verse read to music by acclaimed actor, Kabir Bedi. The show invokes the magic of Rumi and expresses the merging, the oneness and the union of self and the divine, through music and poetry. It reveals a seeker’s journey on a spiritual path, searching for sacredness. Sacredness opens the doors of the heart, the seeker finds love and passion, the passion is intense and pure, and the seeker meets the divine. The poems are divided into three sections: The Seeker, Finding Love and Union with the Divine.
