At the prestigious META 2025, this production directed by Anirudh Sarkar received the awards for Best Ensemble, Best Lighting (Badal Das), Best Female Actor (Ranjini Ghosh) and Best Choreography (Subhojiet Guha and Madhumita Chakraborty). Written by the late Alakhnandan Sinha in Bundeli dialect around 1990, the play protests against rural oppression.
