Seconds Before Coming (Delhi), at Urban Theatre

Freshly kissed by a man, an eleven-year-old girl believed she had fallen in love. Now an adult, she is soaked in pain. As the body reveals itself to be a sea of conflicts and mirrors, she urgently tries to swim to the smooth surfaces of herself. Instead, when she finds herself sinking into the soft noise of her childhood, and turns to us to ask: what does any of this mean? Created and performed solo by Rishika Kaushik.
